My malwarebytes keeps telling me that my computer is infected with pup.fctplugins....I would like to know what is pup.fctplugins and how do they keep on getting in my computer?

PUP stands for possibly unwanted Program, so MBAM wants you to decide whether you want to delete it. As to why it keeps coming back, you will have to search for that name. But you might also do a disk cleanup as it may be reappearing because something in your temporary internet files is triggering it. Also check your browser add ons.
