Hello,

I have a quick question, as already stated by the title what is the 12VHPWR connector used for on the XPG Core Reactor II?

Basically, if I have a 4080 and it comes with the adapter since older PSUs don't support 12 pin connectors, Should I use the adapter and take up 3 VGA slots, or should I plug it in directly to the 12VHPWR connector.

It's to negate the use of an adapter/harness, meaning the harness that comes with the PSU starts at the PSU and ends at the GPU. I'd use the cable that came with the PSU, hang on...which unit did you pic out from the series;

So what you're basically saying is, I should ditch the adapter that came with the GPU and use the PSU's 12 pin connector to plug in the GPU to the 12VHPWR connector? is that correct?
