I am little bit confused regarding the 'Ryzen 7 Pro 4750G' processor.

Question:
  1. Is it a Zen 2 processor?
  2. If it is a Zen 2 processor, Can it be called a 3rd generation processor?
  3. Will it support in 'Ryzen 3000 Ready' motherboard?

Solution
Yes, it is zen2.
Architecturally it is identical to a 3rd generation Ryzen CPU without graphics, but it has some cache removed, a GPU added, and some pro features tacked on. What you want to call it is up to you.
Yes it will work in a board that is Ryzen 3000 ready, just make sure it is on the CPU supported list of that particular motherboard.

and adding...it's a PRO processor so it's not an unlocked processor.

These CPU's are aimed at the system integrator/OEM market where they pair nicely with Ax20 board, no discrete GPU required, to make an inexpensive business or institutional managed desktop.
