What is the best 140mm case fan?

What fans have the highest performance and are quiet. I am looking for fans to put into my Enthoo Evolv ATX. What would you suggest. I want them to have good aesthetics, high performance, and low noise.

The best, or if not the best, right at the best fans on the market are the NF-A14 3000RPM PWM fans. They work for airflow and for SP. They are absolutely outstanding.

I personally have ML140's which are hybrid also (SP and AF). Hybrid fans aren't as great at either, but they work really well anyways. The MLs have more look customization.

The NFA14 have brown edges and no LEDs, but a black frame and blades.
