What is the best am3+ motherboard for the fx 8320?

hi i am looking for a am3+ motherboard i just got my fx 8320 and i need a new mother board (with the am3+ socket) and it has to be less than 130 us dollars.


my specs:
-cpu: amd fx 8320
-gpu: gigabyte r9 270x 4gb
-power supply: corsair cx 750m
-harddrive: wd caviar blue 1tb
-case: cooler master elite 431 plus
-ram: 16gb pny
(and my current motherboard is the msi fm2-a75ma-e35)

please let me know if anyone has any suggestions on a motherbaord that supports everything above, thanks 😀

just go with the ud3p & the themis cooler mate (you will want an aftermarket cooler trust me)
the ud3p has absoltely no downsides apart from it doesnt do sli only crossfire.
solid board ,along with the themis great for overclocking that 8320 too.
