What is the best and the worst notebook brand that are making notebooks?

They all make crap as well as high end stuff, so it is hard to say. Give this a read.

There really isn't a brand that's better except Apple as they make so few of models and they have a tighter contol of components. But MS has the same control with it's Surface's.
