What is the best budget ips 20" monitor?

i don't know if i should buy a 20" LG 20MP48 IPS With VGA. a LG 20MP38HQ 19.5" with hdmi, or just a AOC M2060Swd with dvi? which one is good for watching movies and a bit of gaming, the cheapest of them all is the LG 20MP48 IPS but the input is only vga.

You really don't want a budget ips. There's really not any difference to a decent tn at the same price other than viewing angles and the infamous ips glow.

ViewSonic VX2770Smh at $169 or AOC I2757Fh at $200. Both are 27 " IPS monitors

The monitors he listed are half the price as the ones you suggested. $80-90 monitors. I'm guessing he has a low budget.

i need one for main gaming + watching movies sometimes.
in the future will also buy a big tv as a 2nd monitor for mainly watching movies.
