I am looking for the ultimate business laptop.

I'd definitely go for the Lenovo P53S (15" screen) or P73 (17" screen). I have a P53S with 48GB of RAM and a Samsung 970 and I'm loving it.

I am partial to the Lenovo Thinkpad X1 "Carbon" model w/ 9th-gen+ 6-core i7 and 16GB+ of RAM and the Macbook Pro 15" Retina models w/ 16GB of RAM. These are both excellent business laptops and offer great flexibility in other features. Just make sure your storage is large and fast, and your RAM is more than enough so that you never swap out to disk.

I'm looking for something thin, lightweight 15 inch but also has some performance. I have been looking at those thinkbooks.

So, you're looking for a laptop with (big) good screen, lot of RAM (16GB), lot of storage (512gb+1tb). You don't need fancy GPU for development, but may be for testing.
