What is the best CPU for a r9 270

I'm wondering what's the best processor that would not be bottlenecked by the r9 270 is

Basically I'm wondering if putting in the extra money on for a i5 3570k is worth it

I've already read toms best CPU for the money post so please don't redirect me to that

Well that depends on what CPU you are running now? And if you are planning on overclocking or not? If you do not plan to overclock you would not even need the K version.

Why that motherboard? Why not go with an AM3+ motherboard an an FX x3xx CPU?
