what is the best edition of GTX 960 OR should i get R9 380

i should buy new Graphic Card and on my Budget i can get GTX 960
i really like gigabyte edition but there are 3 editions i dont know which one is the best and why ?

the one with 4 Gb Memory is the cheapest i dont know why and is it good or no .

and also i can get this edition of the card ZOTAC GeForce GTX 960 AMP! Edition . but i dont know if it is good or no .

also i have another option to buy R9 380 but i have cooler master Extreme Power Plus 500W
and my friend told me this Power supply Unreliable.

Your psu isnt enough for the 380. Get the fastest 2+Fans you can find from gigabyte/msi/palit/galax/evga. Find the one with the fastest clocks=best performance. The amp! and the evga ftw are the fastest
