my cpu: AMD A10 7850K

i still keep my old Scythe Orochi for just about any AMD chip i use. it's huge, it works really well, and most times doesn't need a fan at all. no longer made, though. Scythe makes good stuff if you can find it.

You're limited on cooler height to less than 150mm.

This cuts your options down a lot.

1 left in stock - grab it if you can - I dropped one in a i5 3570 build & not seen it go above 52c under stress testing.

Both these are incredible for the size & price - can't see the point spending more on a 95w CPU.
