What is the Best graphics card for Asus P5B-B mortherboard

Hi All. Could someone please tell me, which would be the best graphics card for an Asus p5b-v motherboard. I play some games and do a lot of vedio editing and DVD creation (I'm new at this).

ive got a p5b deluxe with a 4870 512mb on, mobo seems fine with it (well its been 6 months now) no issues no probs never. I'd say even a 4870x2 or a gtx 295 would work in the board no probs.
