Hey ,

I'm looking to get myself a EVGA GTX 980 TI, i heard they are the best manufacturer.

Which one is the best from these ?

1) EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti Superclocked
2) EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti SC+ ACX 2.0+
3) EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti Classified ACX 2.0+

I need some recommendations. Also, is EVGA really the best manufacturer? :)

You see, that depends. I'm going to toss my own opinions here.
I'd have to hand EVGA the award for the best quality control, and best overclockability on their cards, especially with their K|INGP|N series cards. But for the rest, I digress.
Asus probably has one of the best air cooling setup on their cards, with monstrous heatpipes and 3 90mm fans. I'm a fan of the shroud design also, but there are other manufacturers with similar designs.
There are models of the 980Ti with liquid coolers, like the MSI Seahawk version. I believe EVGA has one too, but I don't like the look, reminds me of older graphics cards.
My personal favorite? The Zotac ArticStorm Extreme 980Ti. It has a gargantuan cooler that combines 3 fans with a full cover water on the GPU to ensure it stays freezing cold. The catch? It's not a closed loop cooler; you need a water cooling loop to run it, because temperatures are a lot toastier with an empty waterblock being an insulator, considering the lack of water.
It's mainly an opinion, however, because at the end of the day, a 980Ti is a 980Ti. They're all different versions that specialize in different things.

As already said, it depends on your opinion, what looks best in comparison to what performs a tiny bit better. I currently have the EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti SC+ ACX 2.0+ 6gb with backplate and It's a fantastic card.

They're all basically the same card and perform almost the exact same, unless you want to look deeper and get the best performing/coolest by a few fps or degrees.

The EVGA GTX 980 Ti Classified ACX 2.0 would be your best bet out of the three although they're all extremely similar performance wise. There is probably very minor differences such as different clocked speeds and slightly different temperatures.
