what is the best GTX 980 to get for overclocking

what is the best GTX 980 to buy if you are planing to overclock it? At the moment i have a msi gtx 770 lightning 2gb will i see a big improvement when i get a 980 and if i get a 4k monitor should i wait for a GPU with more than 4GB memory

Choose what you prefer the most.
Gigabyte g1 comes with higher clock speeds out of the box though.

I like the Galax GTX 980 HoF. I guess its the "best" custom one so far . But dont quote me on that.
