Question What is the best more than 4 GB Gaming ITX GPU?

So, I have noticed after I tried for several days to make the Radeon RX 570 8 GB fit in my Optiplex 7020 that it will not fit, So I am returning it and buying an ITX GPU, I will buy a video card that has at-least more that 4 GB V-ram and a good performance that is as good as Radeon RX 570 or close to it, My budget is 200 Dollars, The money I will receive after returning the Radeon RX 570, Any suggestion for the ITX video card I want?

Edit: Also must be VR Ready.

I am using Optiplex 7020 tower not mini tower, But the cables of the motherboard are blocking GPU`s way, I need a mini video card that is almost as powerful as the radeon rx 570 8 gb and its same price or close to it.
