what is the best motherboar for an i7-4770k and EVGA GTX 770 ?

hi guys,,

as the title says I am trying to build a system that contains i7-4770k and EVGA GTX 770 4G
the issue here is that I get more lost the more I search, when ever i find some thing i found some flows within it.

so any suggestion of a good motherboard and the appropriate cooling system for an 4.3GHz overclocking and 32GB of ram.
