What is the best motherboard (chipset) for overclocking my Q9400?

I'm picking between P45 and G41 motherboard. Also please suggest best brands.

i have the same processor in a second computer that i just use for tossing old hard drives in for backup mass storage. I haven't overclocked it, but really have no need to. i believe the G41 chipset is what you can still find some motherboards for sale on Newegg.
