If so you want the overclocking boards as they have the best multi-GPU support (Z97 Chipset based boards - more expensive ones not the cheap)

I plan on using a single gpu and have no idea about what sli is or crosfire at all also I dont know what sata express is lol

Asus pro has 1 sata express the other 2 dont do i need sata express?

SLI/XFire is using multiple graphics cards as a single one, no you won't need SATA Express,, it's more a down the road thing
