What is the best motherboard for the AMD fx-6300 at around $75?

I was wondering what the best motherboard for the AMD fx-6300 is at around $75, i want it to be able to overclock the 6300 for when i get a better cooler.

Do not overclock to much though, for higher OCing you need a 990FX chipset board, which go for around 110$.
