What is the best OBS setting for recording and stream?

I want to start record videos with OBS, but I not sure what good settings to apply.

My system:

AMD FX(tm)-4300 Quad-Core Processor, 3.80 GHz,

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti

8GB 1600MHz DDR4 RAM

I play Overwatch, Quake Champions, Warframe, Killing floor 2.
Whats the best OBS setting for these games?

You will want to use display capture, but if your stream looks stretched than use the game capture option.
And is possible you can use a capture card which will make the streaming quality.

I guess that would work? but I want to record my videos on youtube in 720p quality. Idk, what OBS setting works for my graphics card.
