What is the best o'cing XP Mobile chip?

Now, are these all just the exact same CPU with different default settings? If that's the case, I guess going for the cheapest one is the right move. On the other hand, can you expect to get a much better overclock with the 2600+?

Most people buy Mobile Athlon XP 2500+/2600+. You should get one of these, they will easily reach 2.4GHz and if you are lucky you will will push one of these to 2.6GHz.

And for the price differance, many will say, get the 2600+. It's not much more and will guarranty you the best Barton core on the market.

Either the mobile 2500 or 2600 will work and could do 2.4ghz fine. Anything higher will require serious voltage increases and/or cooling.

IMO between 45 Watt Mobile there shouldn't be too much difference. The question is the 35W Mobile.

The 35W version is running at lower voltage, albeit at lower frecuency. I'm thinking if it's simply the same CPU but cloked lower so it can run at lower voltage ... anyway that *could* bring another plus to overclock and be a better option that regular Mobile XP (45W)
