You can look at the boards that end with Max from MSI's lineup, they don't need a BIOS update in order for you to drop in a Ryzen 3000 series processor on the board.

I'd pick a Ryzen5 + 2060 if the budget allowed me to. Speaking of budget what are the rest of your specs looking like?
