Question what is the best possible budget gpu i can run on a 2012 Asus p8h61 rev 2.01 motherboard with a 300W PSU

Hi, I am curious what is the best possible budget card ideally under $100 or used 100-$200 i can run on my old rig, it has ssd + hdd, i5-3470 cpu, 8gb ram which i can upgrade to 16 at any time, and a 300W PSU apparently i am missing a 8pin connector for rx580 not sure what the solution is.

second tier cap as main cap looks like from what i can tell a cut down smart thermaltake at very least pcb looks similar enough just cut down and a few components moved about.

not any reviews so i wouldnt run anything to extreme. considering thermaltake smart are fire hazard.

the stamp out reminds me of the old evga bronze units.
