hi I need your advice on choosing the right product

i already had 32GB (8x4) of Ram on my pc DDR4 2133 Mhz and one of the 8 Gb Stik burned recently and now I have only 24GB and hoping to upgrade my ram

the processor I have is Intel Core i5-10400 and the motherboard is Asus Prime h470-plus and currently, I run the system with my 24GB Rams

my question is shell i go for (8x4) 32GB 2666 Mhz or (16x2) 32GB 3200 Mhz? what is the best option to get the full performance on my processor and motherboard (please i dont like overclocking or doing anything in the bios)

These are the rams i am looking for

Ram-Kingston 8GB DDR4 KVR2666

Ram-Corsair Vengeance 32G 3200Mhz DDR4

Please Advise me on the best option

Thanks
Asif

2666 is maximum you can go with the i5 on that motherboard.

2x 16GB 2666 would be good.

Thanks for your reply it's a bit hard to find a 2x 16GB 2666 (out of stock) and is it ok if i buy 2x16 3200Mhz DDR4 and will it run on 2666Mhz? or it will run on 2133Mhz if it's going to run on 2133Mhz its no point buying it please enlight me
