What is the best ram to use with the Asus M4A77D motherboard?

Iam trying to find the most stable ram for this mobo. Please help!

OCZ 6400 DDR2 800Mhz

But if you use 1200Mhz you can only use one sick per channel but if you use PC6400 800 Mhz you can use all 4 slots i use OCZ ram cause it work with no problem on ASUS
