Tough to say, some have higher boost speeds, others have better cooling, some have quieter fans, you can't go wrong with any of them. Performance wise they'll all be fairly close.

If it were me I'd go EVGA, they make good cards, the FTW3 is one of the better models and EVGA probably has the best customer service out there.

From what I've gathered is EVGA customer service is tops. I have the XC Ultra and it's been flawless at +100mhz GPU and +1000mhz VRAM OC.

I would either choose between the EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti FTW3 Ultra Gaming, or the Asus ROG Strix GeForce RTX 2080 Ti OC edition (ROG-STRIX-RTX2080TI-O11G-GAMING). They are both good GPUs made by good companies.
