Hello, i got the following configuration:

A4 4000
Mobo fm2+
8gb RAM
600w generic psu

My brother just made me a gift, it's a GTX 1050 from Msi single fan (no 6-pin connector required), but i got some problems, VERY VERY lower fps (due to processor) and the gpu can be destroyed due to my psu. I got two options:

Buy a new psu now and be bottlenecked 6 months more (really bad)
Or buy an a8 7600, save the gpu in a box until i get a new psu.

What should i do? it looks bad to have to wait 6 months more to play some game., and the a8 with the integrated graphics is performing better than my actual pc, i.e.:

With a4 4000 + gtx 1050: 20<fps at hitman absolution 720p high.
with a8 7600 (tested): 30> fps at same game with same settings.

I dont have enough cash to change motherboard and cpu.

You can refer to the CPU hierarchy chart here on Tom's Hardware: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/cpu-hierarchy,4312.html
That shows you that the A8-7600 is 4 tiers above the A4-4000, so there will be a significant gain in performance.

You can use the GTX 1050 together with the A8. It should get you good fps at 720p (>40fps at High).

If the MSI GTX 1050 has no additional power connector required then it shouldn't load your psu that much - 600W is plenty for that card and your whole system.
