What is the best way to connect to the internet with my pc, I have windows 7 which is not wifii enabled.

I have a Windows 7 pc which is not wifii enabled, would like some advice on how and which way to go to acess the internet. We do have wifii at home.

If the wifi at your home is via a wireless router, it should have an available Ethernet port to use in order to connect your desktop to the router off of the desktop's Ethernet port.

Where will I find the specs.the router is downstairs and pc is upstairs..
It's a router connected to the telkom line.

you could also use a powerline set up. It uses the electrical cabling in your home to transmit the connection. It's very handy and easy to set up. Means you don't have to have a big long cable going through walls or the ceiling if your PC is upstairs or too far away from the router.
