What is the best Z170 gaming motherboard in features, user friendly, audio, components, programs, overclocking and so on. Maximum price of 380$

the ASUS ROG MAXIMUS VIII HERO is definitely one of the best motherboards in that range for gaming. It has a tone of features, its almost deluxe and overclocks well provided you have good cooling. Plus its within your budget

ASRock Z170 Extreme4+. Gets 10 caps, but they are not gradual caps, they are Nichicon 12K Platinum caps from Japan (although I saw 12), which has 33% less errors compared to conventional solid caps
Very reasonable price at only $170 (I'm honest)
Very sexy motherboard at ATX standard
Includes 3 PCI-E x16 3.0, can holds 3 cards at SLI/CrossFire/CrossFireX at x8/x8/x4 bandwidth
Motherboard made of glass fiber for anti-short circuit
Dual BIOS and integrated Power and Reset switch, extremely useful either in a case or a test bench
So many I/O ports, without even ASMedia chip, which means there would be no speed loss!
ASRock has been too famous with Extreme4 series, I 'd been using Z77 Extreme4 since 2013, run at 4.5 GHz with my i5-3570k every day, and that motherboard held up very nicely without any errors even marginal
Con: Only 4 out of 6 SATA ports are horizontal, the remaining 2 are vertically mounted, which could look a bit messy and annoying
