Question What is the cause of these dead pixels?

Im not entirely sure if these are dead pixels but they occasionally appear and i also had a black bar for a sec but these dead pixels first appeared a month ago (for like a day or 2) but then stopped and now its starting again and im not sure if this is a monitor or gpu failure or something else it would be really nice if you guys could help me out figure out what it is and the solutions!

It doesn't seem like dead pixels to me, at least not what I've seen in person.

I only have 1 monitor :/
It hasn't been doing this since i posted this actually so idk what this could have been.

Change the cable first. If it keeps happening, change the GPU display output port. Then change the GPU.

It looks like a bad signal... maybe bad VRAM. But the easiest thing to do is troubleshoot the connection.
