Question What is the difference between 2600 mhz ram and 2666 mhz ram

I'm trying to find new ram for my MSI Z270 Gaming Carbon Pro motherboard.

MSI Z270 Gaming Carbon Pro motherboard supports: 2400 MHz, 2133 MHz, 2800 MHz (O.C.), 2600 MHz (O.C.), 3000 MHz (O.C.), 3200 MHz (O.C.), 3600 MHz (O.C.), 3800 MHz (O.C.)

My question is can I use ram that has a speed of 2666 MHz?

You should have no problem running that RAM at the spec speeds
