The VG245H and VG245Q have a better stand with height, tilt, swivel and pivot adjustments. They also support some extra video modes. So, the OSD likely has more tweaking options. Otherwise they appear to all be using the same panel.
I prefer the VG245Q because they used Displayport rather than an antiquated D-Sub placing it above both other monitors. If you haven't owned a monitor with a full height, tilt, swivel and pivot stand. They are much nicer to use. As you can bring it up to eye level for better ergonomics and switch to a portrait orientation when reading long documents or using Word.
