What is the difference between the 2 MSI Nightblade Z97?

So I am thinking of making a mITX build using the MSI Nightblade Z97. But they have two different models. And I've looked at the specs and they seem to have the exact same specs everywhere. But they costold different. So can someone tell me what is the difference?
