What is the difference between these two same models of Samsung 840

Hi, I want to know the difference because of they are currently at the same price and was wondering if one of the two release in two different time. If so, which is better the previous or later release?

SAMSUNG 840 Series MZ-7TD120KW and SAMSUNG 840 Series MZ-7TD120BW. They cost a slight ten dollars different and it seems that the KW version is cheap and include a little bundle(bracket and adapter). However the BW was mark ten dollars higher and without the little bundle.

The MZ-7TD120KW is a full kit that contains cables/screws/bracket if you don't already have them. The BW is just the ssd.

Shouldn't they charge more for giving you a 3.5 to 2.5 bracket? Or for screws? The other one is literally nothing but the sdd and two stickers in a box.
