What is the difference in terms of quality for these two products below?

Hard to tell. Neither are listed as "active" (which is required to convert the signal as VGA = analog, HDMI = digital).

Both appear to "work", based on reviews, but no guarantee there.
Pricing seems about right.

The first one, supposedly takes Audio too - although I see nowhere the adapter would accept a 3.5mm input.
