MSI gtx 960 4gb vs Gigabyte gtx 960 4gb , and which one do you prefer and why?
Are there any pros and cons between these cards ,MSI and gigabyte?

Both are fine actually. Just pick which is cheaper.

As Renz says, both are fine. Just go with the one that has the best price, warranty, or best clock speeds on the chip/vram.
