What is the EEB for factor?

Question: Is the case form factor EEB compatible with Extended ATX?

It's seen on high-end cases, and server chassies.
It's not a desktop case form factor, and it's newish.

I honestly have no clue.. only know of ATX and BTX, some micro... I don't even think I've seen an EATX board...

But I usually stay away from the server markets, that's a black hole I don't want to get caught in...
