You mean the 60hz with Vsync on it would be less faster than with vsync off and with 120hz monitor with vsync, it would be 2 times better than 60hz with vsync on?

regarding input lag / latency

I use a Dell Ultrasharp U2711 and mostly do multimedia design work. It isn't the best for competitive gaming. I am trying to find the fastest monitor on the market
