There are plenty of Sata 3 ssds on the market right now, as well as many benchmarks showing totally different results, so I don't know which ssd should I go with.
Basically any 240 or 256gb SATA III is going to be the fastest. Depending on the benchmarks, they all trade blows pretty equally. I got a little carried away and got a Samsung 470 SATA 2 3Gb/s 256GB ssd. It was a lot more capacity than I needed. I wound up with Adobe Photoshop products and the digital images I work with on the ssd. Didn't bother with a scratch disk. It works for me.
