What is the form factor and suggestions for cabinet

I have asus m5a97 le r2.0 motherboard the site specified it to be at form factor. But my cabinet is micro atx and can still house it (9.6"x9.6"). What size of firm factor should I search for when I ask for cabinets. Also pls suggest some good cabinets and also as cheap as possible. I have brought a deep cool gamer maelstrom 120 cooler and can't fit in my current cabinet. My rig

Also to which component should I use the liquid cooler for CPU or gpu.? I am over clocking
