I found these strange heat sinks on smart tvs and was wondering what type of heat sink they are.

They have 4 pins that solder into the board. What is the name of that type of mounting.

I want to find a better replacement but i don't know what type of heat sink this is?

Or what is the name of that type of heat sink mounting system?

What is the name of that type of mounting.

Unsure if it even has dedicated name, since everything that is soldered on, isn't meant to be replaced.

But in electronics world (namely CPUs), closest to what you have, can be called BGA (ball grid array).
BGA CPUs/chips are soldered directly to PCB, just like your heat spreader is.
