So get a little Beelink or NUC, mount to the back of the TV.

All-in-one PC is also very much a thing.

Apple iMac is perhaps the most well known all-in-one PC but there are actually far more of them.

And if you take the concept of all-in-one PC and add portability to it, then you'll get a laptop.

The Beelink I mentioned above is exactly what drives my TV. Just not mounted to the back.
The tiny box sits on a shelf under the TV.

MUCH better than the "PC" being built inside the TV.
