I bought my first desktop computer, and it has an i5-14600KF processor. Idle temperature is around 35 °C, but when I play Black Ops 6 multiplayer for example, the temperature is 75-90 °C, even if I use an aggressive fan curve. Is that too high? Is there a way to lower it?

My GPU temperature is normal.

Here are the components of my PC:

What BIOS version are you on?

Idle temps look fine to me, as for the load temps, have you taxed the system with another title? You forgot to mention the make and model of your case. Please include the number of fans and their orientation in your case.

My GPU temperature is normal.
Which is what exactly?

Just an observation on your build, you went with an unlocked processor, you should've looked at a Z790 chipset board to pair with it. The only thing you can overclock is the memory.
