Question what is the problem with my usb flash drive?

so my flash drive was connected to my LED TV for 2 or 3 days and after that when I attach it to my PC nothing shows up. here is image from disk management. can someone tell if the entire USB hardware is damaged or if it's just a software issue?

Perhaps your TV formatted the usb in a format that windows does not like and refuses to recognize. You could try analyzing it with an alternative disk management tool like Gparted.
