So Im playing PUBG on my pc when suddenly my pc froze. And i immediately plug it off and check for problems. At first i smelled like a burnt plastic and felt something warm on my case. So i tried cleaning it. But everytime i turn it on, the fan turns on but for some fee seconds it restarts.
Intel i3
2 pcs 4gb ram

Solution
probably a cap under the heatsink. you likely wont see the issue until you take it apart (which I dont suggest you do right now)
but I would test that video card in another computer, just in case your PCIE slot is now dead, or try another video card in the computer you have
Are you speaking about a laptop ? or a desktop?

if a desktop, what motherboard are you using? can you remove the video card and plug monitor cable unto main motherboard connection ,
disconnect power cord, make cmos battery come off motherboard (gently pop it off) wait 4 mins, then put battery back on and then apply power cord
and try to boot ?
