Question What is the recommendation for running fans

Should i run the cpu fans and video card fans at full speed or automatically?

CPU and graphics card fans should only blow has hard as they need to to keep the parts cool. While just browsing you should barely be able to hear the PC fans. I am a fan of finding the minimum RPM my fans will run at and then set each individual fan maybe 2-3% faster than that as a baseline speed until the CPU / GPU gets to about 60 celcius with a gradual increase in fanspeeds from the baseline to about 70% speed at 85 celcius.
