What is the relation between GPU temp and GPU usage% ?

I can not find my answer online.
My GPU is acting crazy.
In some games where usage is 80% it goes to 75 degrees (BF1)
and in others where usage it 55% it goes 72 degrees(insurgency)
and in other games where 99% usage is seen, it stays at 70 degrees

clearly im missing something there

It could be other factors. BF1 is very cpu heavy so it could be the CPU is dumping more hot air into the case and helping to raise the air temperature in the case which would negatively impact cooling of all components.

If all else is equal you would expect temperatures to go up with usage. How much depends on fan curve and cooling efficiency.

Both of these programs are nearly the same but in my experience the MSI works better with AMD cards and the EVGA one works better with Nvidia cards.

You'll be able to manually increase the fan speed on you video card to help lower the temps.

no my cpu is at constant 60 degrees

You are missing 2 important variable: Fan Speed and GPU Frequency. Plot that against load vs temp, and I bet u get a more linear relationship.
