what is the smallest ATX MOBO case that supports full size GPU and ATX PSU?

I'm looking for the smallest size case that supports atx mobo, full size gpu, and atx psu.

So a mid-tower with nothing above and below the board? Probably looking at a front mounted power supply cases. They tend to be kind of long though.

Lian-Li PC-A51 comes to mind

There are ATX mini-towers. There is also one of those from Lian-Li that is even shorter than the others since they repositioned the PSU to the front.
