I am having a 1GB DDR2 667 RAM of StarLite. I am wanting to know how much voltage (min and max range) + Ampere = VA, it needs to run properly? Or let me know its watts.
Is there a sticker or label on the RAM? It should have one showing the timings and voltage needs. Starlite is a somewhat rare brand (common in India I think). You need not be concerned with the power needs in watts or amps. RAM voltages are very small and are supplied by their slots on the MB. Typical DDR2 requires 1.8V. You can also download (http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html) and check the memory tab for the modules specs. and available settings.

I've never heard this question asked before and I'm curious what you will do with this information if/when you find it. I don't think any RAM OEM publishes this information so if I were you I would contact the OEM support department of Starlight.
