[SOLVED] What is this and how do I make it stop?

Every time I start my computer this thing pops up with out me doing anything, and it started doing it recently and it just started and I didn't do anything out of the usual.

You can try this : -

Open task manager and check the startup items and you can find if this is a program and if it so you can disable it .
